The Rogers family, Hopkins family, and Dathan Hickman spent a week in NC working with the Church of Christ in Rocky Mount.  We arrived in NC Wednesday evening with just enough time to eat a dinner of NC style BBQ and fried chicken.  BBQ in Eastern NC is vinegary, red-pepper-flavored pulled pork, and it is very different than BBQ in other parts of the country.  Of course, many people believe it is the best BBQ in the country as well.  After supper we worshipped with the church.  It was great to see everyone again as many friendships were formed last year.
